For managers and executives transferring to a U.S. branch, subsidiary, or affiliate of their international employer.
Key Requirements
- Employed outside the U.S. for at least 1 year in the past 3 years
- Position abroad was in a managerial or executive capacity
- U.S. position must be managerial or executive
- U.S. employer must have been doing business for at least 1 year
- Qualifying relationship between U.S. and foreign employer
EB-2 Advanced Degree
For professionals holding advanced degrees (beyond bachelor's) or those with exceptional ability in the sciences, arts, or business.
Key Requirements
- Advanced degree (master's or higher) or bachelor's degree plus 5 years experience
- Job offer requiring the advanced degree
- Labor certification (PERM) approval
- Position must require advanced degree
- Ability to perform the job duties
EB-2 National Interest Waiver (NIW)
For professionals with exceptional ability whose immigration would substantially benefit the U.S. national interest, allowing them to self-petition without labor certification.
